Lead with respect
Toba is for adults who want genuine connections within the Coptic Christian community. These standards apply to your profile, photographs, messages and conduct connected with the service. They form part of our Terms of Service.
Be honest about who you are
- Be at least 18. Use your real age and current photographs of yourself.
- Do not impersonate someone, misrepresent your identity or create deceptive accounts.
- Share information you have permission to share. Do not post someone else’s contact details, private messages or intimate material without permission.
- Use Toba for personal dating. No advertising, solicitation, spam, fundraising or requests for money.
Respect people and boundaries
- No threats, harassment, stalking, bullying, hate or dehumanizing attacks.
- No pressure to share intimate content, meet, send money or continue contact.
- Accept another person’s choice to say no, unmatch or block. Do not pursue them through another account.
- Differences in faith practice and background do not justify shaming or abuse.
Keep content appropriate
- No nudity, explicit sexual content, sexual solicitation or non-consensual intimate material.
- No child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sexual content involving minors, or attempts to involve minors in the service. See our Child Safety Standards.
- No scams, deceptive links, fraud, illegal goods or instructions intended to harm another person.
- No graphic violence, credible threats or encouragement of violence.
- Do not scrape profiles, bypass security controls, misuse reports or interfere with the service.
Reporting and enforcement
Report or block a member using the app controls. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend an account or terminate access for violations or safety risks. Serious conduct outside Toba may also be relevant when it creates a risk to members.
If you cannot access reporting, or want to request review of a restriction, contact support@tobadating.com. Explain the issue and include an available reference. Do not create another account to evade enforcement.
