An adults-only service
Toba is operated by Jalebi LLC and is for people aged 18 and older. Anyone under 18 must not create or use an account. Do not help a minor bypass the age requirement or arrange contact with minors through Toba.
Photo verification does not establish age. Report suspected underage use even if a profile appears verified.
Zero tolerance for abuse and exploitation
We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form, including conduct that attempts to facilitate it. This applies to profiles, images, messages and other activity connected with Toba.
- Child sexual abuse material, including sexualized depictions of minors and material created or altered to depict such abuse.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, coercion, sexual extortion or trafficking involving a minor.
- Requests for, offers of, links to or distribution of abusive material.
- Attempts to recruit, arrange meetings with or move minors to another service for sexual purposes.
- Content that promotes, normalizes or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Report a child-safety concern
Use the in-app report control on a profile or conversation. Identify suspected underage use or sexual exploitation and describe the concern without reproducing abusive material.
You can also contact support@tobadating.com with the subject “Toba child safety.” This is Toba’s public contact for child-safety questions and reports. Include a profile, conversation or report reference if available and a brief factual description.
Do not download, save, forward or attach suspected child sexual abuse material. Do not investigate by contacting a suspected minor or offender. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
How concerns are handled
Toba may restrict access while a concern is reviewed and remove content or terminate accounts for child-safety violations. Relevant information is handled for investigation and any reporting or preservation required by applicable law.
When legally required, we will report apparent child sexual abuse or exploitation to the appropriate reporting authority. Our support channel is not an emergency service and does not promise continuous monitoring or a specific response time.
